Barcelona is probably one of the most creative and enthralling European cities - offering wonderful architecture, scattered with Gaudian jewels - culture and museums in abundance.

And Perpignan itself has a rather enchanting centre full of shops, squares and the ubiquitous brassieres and cafés.
