Weekly Rates
We rent both the Gîte and Studio from Sat to Sat: ie. Saturdays 5pm to Saturdays 10am.

Our per person rates range from only £11 to £29 per night depending upon the season.

What's included?
The rental fee covers the agreed number of guests for the period of the let on the booking form.

It includes 'Fair Use' of electricity and gas. It includes use of the pool, grounds and facilities.

It also includes a couple of washes per let, per week: normally sufficient.

What costs a little extra?
There is a charge for linen (15€) per set. This is white, good quality linen: 300 thread count.

We can supply luxurious white bath towel sets by Fenn Wright Manson (5€), and also pool towels (3€).

A local maid service will come each Saturday change over day for the final clean at 40€ (for each property). She can also be arranged should you not wish to clean during your stay at approx for 15€ p/h.

We do a couple of washes per let, per week inclusive: which normally is sufficient. We ask for a contribution of 5€ per wash thereafter.

*For lets between November and April, there is a small heating supplement for oil/electric heaters (2.15€ per adult per day).
